Reinvention and starting over aren't failure. It's a sign of strength. Every season of my life, even the most challenging ones, has shaped me, strengthened me, and prepared me to serve others more authentically. This commitment to serving others is at the core of my being, and I am devoted to making each client feel valued and important.
When I moved to Tampa in 2004, the goal was simple: raise my son and create a more stable foundation for our future. I had already spent over a decade in commercial and corporate real estate in California, working for companies like World Savings and Loan, DHL Worldwide Express, Robert Half International, and Bedford Property Investors REIT. My resume was full of promotions and projects, but life rarely unfolds as planned. After relocating, I chose to obtain my real estate license in Florida because, when stability was lacking, I knew I had to create it. What began as a pivot quickly became a full-time plunge into residential real estate. And I never looked back.
I was brand new in town, had no network, and had to build everything from scratch. But in that unfamiliar space, I also discovered what I truly loved: helping people. Unlike my previous life assisting corporations with portfolios and site analyses, residential real estate was personal. Families, first-time buyers, and retirees. Real people who needed help.
I've navigated market cycles, shifting consumer needs, and industry upheaval, and each season has refined my approach to serving. From distressed sales to high-end listings, the heart of the work has always been the same: listen closely, act strategically, and care deeply.
Looking back, I can see how my childhood shaped my love for this work. I grew up in San Francisco during the height of the counterculture movement, surrounded by creativity, contradictions, and unforgettable characters. My mom worked in the music industry, and my dad was in radio, so I found myself regularly at dinner tables with some of the most influential names in music and media, often on school nights. There were backstage passes and recording sessions, but also stargazing in the California wilderness with my dad. Those long, quiet nights under the open sky taught me how to observe, listen, and notice what others miss. That early exposure to both the unconventional and the refined taught me how to move comfortably between worlds, between the creative and corporate, and between the casual and elite. Real estate feels similar. Every client, home, and transaction has its rhythm, and I've always had a good ear for it.
In 2015, I stepped fully into my brand again, this time as a solo agent. On paper, it may have looked like starting over, but in reality, I was reclaiming the business—and in time, my name—that I had already poured myself into. I went back to the basics: connecting with people in my community, leading with integrity, and rebuilding on my terms. That chapter demanded more than hustle. It required conviction. I discovered a deeper sense of strength and purpose, trusted my instincts, and chose to lead with transparency, consistency, and genuine connection.
Now, my business is entirely repeat and referral clients—people who know me, trust me, and, in many ways, feel like friends. Getting here meant adapting to market shifts, starting over when needed, and leaning into a deeper inner strength during the toughest seasons. Every challenge made me more focused, more grounded, and more intentional in how I serve—with honesty, consistency, and care.
In my free time, you'll usually find me at the beach, in the garden, or writing—quiet moments that help me recharge so I can keep showing up fully for the people I serve.
I’ve weathered market crashes, industry shifts, and personal storms, and those experiences shaped me. They taught me how to meet people where they are, especially when life feels uncertain. Whether someone is relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or navigating a complex sale, I understand the emotional weight behind the decision. I listen with intention, stay accessible, and move with strategy and care. My corporate background sharpened my negotiation and instincts, but it’s my discernment and grace under pressure that set me apart.
Every home has a story. With sellers, I uncover what makes their space extraordinary, so we can translate that emotion to the right buyer. For buyers, it’s not just about finding a home. It’s about arriving at a lifestyle that reflects who they are and what matters most.
I guide, educate, and advocate with clarity and calm. I don’t do flash. I do trust. Clients who return and refer know I’ll show up every time—with sincerity, insight, and a level of service that feels both grounded and intentional.
Sincerely,
