Amazing to work with! Julia was so thoughtful due to this being a huge decision to move. She was reassuring, kept us up to date on everything that was going on. Advertising and pictures of the home were beautiful. The best part she found a buyer the first weekend the home was listed. From there everything went very smoothly with no hiccups. Amazing͏ experience! Julia’s͏ knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire home-selling process was incredible. Working with Julia Horton on buying and selling a house all at once was a wonderful experience. Her superb marketing and communication skills were very effective. The listing advert was very professionally written to touch on all important features of our home and upgrades, with highlights about our community, amenities, schools and location. The pictures for the listing were also very professionally done. We are very happy how Julia managed the interaction with the buying agent and the buyers. Our house was literally sold the same day it was advertised and 4% over the asking price! The listing had hundreds of views in one day. Her professionalism is amazing. She also helped us find a new home satisfying all our new needs for home offices, private pool and tennis courts in the community, as we wanted.
